2024 Ram 1500 Trim Levels at Walts Live Oak CDJR

The 2024 RAM 1500 truck has had several updates this year. There are now eight trim options, each with different specs and features as standard. Every trim comes with plenty of optional extras, too. Just ask the Walts Live Oak CDJR team if you want a model with particular highlights.

Ram 1500 Limited: The Limited model is a crew cab truck with a 5-foot 7-inch box. It comes with 20-inch aluminum painted wheels as standard, with options for black or 22-inch variants. Choose a tri-fold tonneau cover or multifunction tailgate as extras. The 1500 Limited comes with a 5.7L V8 eTorque engine as standard, providing 395HP.

Ram 1500 Limited Longhorn: The Limited Longhorn has a 3.6L V6 engine with 8-speed transmission as standard, upgradeable to the 5.7L V8 for an additional charge. The interior is classy, with wood trim and optional premium leather bucket seats. Live Oak, FL drivers can also opt for a dual-pane panoramic sunroof and additional trailer safety systems. The towing limit for both Limited models is 8,420 pounds.

Ram 1500 Rebel: Built for off-roading, the Rebel has a more rugged exterior including a blacked-out grille and two-tone paint. This model has 4WD as standard, high torque/axle ratio, and elevated suspension. There are also plenty of safety features including automatic emergency braking and lane-keep assist.

Ram 1500 Laramie: Drivers who spend hours in the cab appreciate the luxury touches of the Laramie. Enjoy leather-trimmed bucket seats, either an 8.4-inch or optional 12-inch touchscreen infotainment system, plus optional under-seat storage compartments. Choose additional advanced safety features or opt for the Bed Utility Group package which includes Spray-in Bedliner by Mopar and cargo dividers.

Ram 1500 Big Horn: The Big Horn is ideal for shifting large loads with its quad cab and 6-foot 4-inch box. There are three exterior style options and extras include wheel-to-wheel side steps and the tonneau cover. Inside, the truck has cloth seats as standard and a leather-wrapped steering wheel, plus the option to provide seating for five or six passengers as needed. The standard touchscreen is smaller than some other models — 5-inch with Uconnect® 3. However, tech-driven buyers can opt for a 12-inch touchscreen with Uconnect® 5 Nav for additional capabilities.

Ram 1500 Tradesman: Designed for working drivers, this model boasts 18-inch steel wheels and vinyl flooring for durability, and handles a maximum load of 2,100 pounds. The Tradesman is available in crew cab and quad cab builds, so you can pick the truck that suits your day-to-day routine. Ram states that this model offers the best-in-class legroom for rear passengers (crew cab models only). The Tradesman can tow 12,750 pounds.

Ram 1500 Tradesman HFE: The HFE is a step up from the Tradesman, and includes all the same features that make it ideal for commercial use. However, this upgraded model includes 20-inch chrome wheels, a rollup tonneau cover, and side steps. It’s also only available in the quad cab format.

Ram 1500 TRX: The 2024 1500 TRX combines practicality and performance. The 6.2L Supercharged HEMI® V8 provides 720HP making it one of the most powerful trucks on the market. Inside, choose from cloth or vinyl bucket seats and optional accent stitching. The 12-inch infotainment center comes as standard and there are plenty of optional safety features.
